  • Do I need an account to make purchases from your website?
    • You don’t need an account to make a purchase on the website. However, you will need to answer a few questions (name, email, address, etc … ) so we can prepare your order for you.
  • Do you only sell men’s clothes?
    • A large part of our inventory is menswear, but we’re constantly expanding and we do accept womenswear.
  • How will I know my product is authentic?
    • Products that enter the showroom go through a verification process where we guarantee authenticity. Our web platform is a little more complex and we ask buyers do their research before purchasing. Furthermore, if an issue does arise and your item is unauthentic, we will provide you with a full refund. Please check our Community Guidelines for more information.
  • How long will it take for my order to process?
    • If the item you purchase online is in the showroom, we kindly ask for 1-2 business days to process the order. For items uploaded to the platform from a seller, please allow 5 business days for the order to be processed.
  • I’m not satisfied with my purchase. Can I return it for exchange, credit or a refund?
    • All sales are final, but depending on the item we may be able to do store credit.
  • Can I order online and pick-up in-store?
    • Yes, you can! Just select that option when checking out.
  • Can I put an item on hold and pay in-store?
    • Unfortunately we do not put items on hold. It’s first come, first serve.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    • Yes! We do provide international shipping.
  • Can I track my order?
    • Once the order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number.
  • I never received my order. Now what?
    • We’ll open an investigation with the shipper and do our best to resolve the issue.
  • Why is the payment for my order taking so long to process?
    • All banks are different. The payment processing goes through your bank. The faster it’s able to authenticate your purchase, the faster it will be processed.
